Teri Newman is a Partner in Blackman Kallick’s Tax practice and has been with the firm since 1997. She draws on 21 years of accounting experience to provide tax planning, business valuation and financial planning services to family office clients and high net worth individuals. She also provides tax and financial planning services to clients in a number of industries, including financial services, staffing and real estate.  

Teri specializes in foreign reporting, foreign trusts and IRS tax resolution while also advising her clients on estate and gift planning. She provides counsel on family and investment limited partnerships, trusts and private foundations as well.

Teri sits on a number of Blackman committees and is a regular contributor to Blackman Kallick’s Tax Highlights publication. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Individual Income Taxation Technical Resource Panel, the Illinois CPA Society and the Nevada CPA Society. She serves on the board of Alpha Epsilon Phi Sorority and volunteers for the Cultural Arts & Tourism bureau for the City of Henderson. Teri received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from The Ohio State University.
