Leslie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society. She received her BS in Business Administration from Georgia State University and an MS in Taxation from DePaul University. Leslie also served on the board of Chicago House, a charitable organization that provides housing for people with HIV/AIDS.
