Budd Eichner is a partner at Blackman Kallick, an accounting and business consulting firm. Budd is the firm's Partner in Charge of New Business Development and is responsible for developing new client opportunities for all practice areas of the firm.

Budd is a member of the firm's marketing committee and chairman of the firm's Total Quality Management (TQM) sales process subcommittee. With regard to the firm's practice development program, he is one of the firm's marketing mentors and works exclusively with entry-level audit and tax staff on all aspects of business networking and relationship building.

Budd holds a BS in Accounting from Illinois State University. Prior to joining Blackman Kallick in 1984, he spent several years on the audit staff of another Chicago-based public accounting firm. Budd is a member of the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society. He is active in the Accountants' Division of the Jewish United Fund and serves on the Centennial Awards Program Committee of The Illinois State Historical Society.
