Brian Wiedenhoeft has been an audit professional for over 13 years and specializes in manufacturing, cost accounting, cost modeling, activity-based costing and related projection preparation.

He develops and implements job cost systems and flexible budgeting models to help clients calculate variations in manufacturing volume. He has installed productivity performance standards and activity-based costing systems to help clients better allocate the cost of nonvalue-added activities (design, engineering, material handling, quality control, etc.)

Brian presented a session entitled "Financial Checklist" for the American Machinist Machine Shop Workshop and participated in a presentation for the Precision Metalforming Association titled, "Understanding Costing and Pricing for Manufactured Products." Additionally, he contributes regularly to Blackman Kallick’s Manufacturing Edge.

Brian is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Illinois CPA Society. He holds a BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
