Waggoner Chosen to Participate at PCAOB Roundtable on Auditor’s Reporting Model

Joan Waggoner, Partner in Charge of Quality Assurance for Blackman Kallick, has been selected as one of 32 professionals  to participate in the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board's (PCAOB) roundtable on its concept release on possible changes to the auditor’s reporting model. The objective of the roundtable is to obtain additional insight from investors, preparers, audit committee members, auditors, and others on the alternatives for changing the auditor’s report, as described in the concept release (release no. 2011-003). Additionally, the roundtable will provide participants with the opportunity to discuss other alternatives not presented in the concept release.

The roundtable will be open to the public and a podcast can be found on the PCAOB website.
