Su presents “Dealing with Asian Buyers” at the Chicago Bar Association

On April 14, 2011, Stella Su, Chair of Blackman’s China Practice, and Director of Corporate Finance Consulting, spoke on the topic of “Dealing with Asian Buyers” at the Chicago Bar Association (CBA) Mergers and Acquisitions Committee meeting.

Stella discussed the characteristics of inbound investments from Asian countries, especially China, and how U.S. clients should negotiate with Asian investors.
