Evan Bennett, Director of Blackman's Reinsurance Consulting, is quoted in "Florida homeowners help pay for insurers' losses in distant disasters,"  an article published in the Palm Beach Post. The article discusses the role of reinsurance with Florida insurance companies. Evan presents his insight into the volatility of insurance rates:
