Lowenthal Presents at the Chicago Bar Association Continuing Legal Education Seminar
David Lowenthal, Senior Tax Manager at Blackman Kallick presents at the Chicago Bar Association (CBA) Continuing Legal Education Seminar: “Forming and Representing Tax-Exempt Organizations.” David’s presentation on Unrelated Business Income Tax (UBIT) provides an overview of taxable activities by tax-exempts to help the advisor guide the organization in structuring its affairs.
