Not-for-Profit organizations have traditionally experienced a reduced level of scrutiny by the IRS relative to for-profit companies; that is changing. As the IRS continues to search for revenue streams, they’re turning their attention to associations, arts & cultural institutions and other non-profit organizations in hopes of discovering compliance issues. In this hour-long webinar, three Blackman Kallick, LLP tax experts will advise on how to avoid vulnerability related to Unrelated Business Income and Executive Compensation. Specific topics to be covered are:
- Unrelated business income from your organization’s activities such as rental income, advertising income, sponsorships and royalty arrangements.
- Executive compensation – what is reasonable and how do you document it?
Costs: Free
