Blackman Hosts Not-for-Profit Client Workshop

On Tuesday, May 25, Blackman Kallick hosted the first in a series of Not-for-Profit Client Breakfast Workshops designed to provide in-depth, hands-on assistance with pressing accounting issues facing not-for-profit organizations. Topics covered were:

  • Fair Value Measurements and Disclosures for Entities that Calculate Net Asset Value per Share
  • Provide guidance on the net asset classification of donor-restricted endowment funds under GAAP

Clients were also given the opportunity to share their organizations' financial statements and work through questions in an educational, confidential environment. Below are a few pictures from the event.
