Calahan Interviewed on the 2010 Federal Estate Tax by First Business News

Tax Partner Mike Calahan was interviewed for the August 17, 2009 First Business News segment titled, "Taxing Times."

In September, when Congress comes back from break, there are some important tax issues that need to be addressed before the end of this year that could otherwise lead to some once in a lifetime opportunities. One of the largest issues before them will be the estate tax.

Mike offers some insight on how Congress may act because as it stands, according to the Bush tax cuts, in 2010 the estate tax disappears for the entire year only to return with vengeance in 2011.
