Blumenthal Speaks at the June 2008 Family Office Forum in Chicago

Mark Blumenthal was once again acknowledged as a leading tax expert in the family office industry as he was selected to open the main conference with a speech titled "Achieving Tax Equilibrium During Political Storms." He described his theory of how tax equilibrium can guide investors when making investment decisions without overreacting or underreacting to taxes. He stressed to "simply understand that taxes are a significant drag on your investment returns." He also provided a lively commentary on what the tax world would look like if the likely presidential candidates had their way.
