Rachel is a Manager in Blackman Kallick’s Audit Services Group, where her specialties are assurance and attestation. She has expertise in the hospitality industry and manages engagements for numerous restaurant groups, most of which are leaders in their concept types – both in the Midwest and nationally.

Her skills and responsibilities include the following:

  • Performs audits, reviews and compilations of complex consolidating financial statements.
  • Makes recommendations for improving and strengthening internal controls.
  • Serves as an instructor for the firm's continuing education and training for new staff hires.

Clients appreciate Rachel’s enthusiasm and knowledge of the hospitality industry. She enjoys meeting and working with clients and building relationships with them as part of the firm’s efforts to expand and grow its hospitality practice. 

Credentials

A CPA and member of the AICPA and Illinois CPA Society, Rachel received a BS in Accountancy from Indiana University, Bloomington campus.
