Larry A. Kaufman

Managing Director, Practice Development 

Larry Kaufman is the Managing Director of Practice Development for Blackman Kallick. With more than twenty years of experience in business development, Larry plays a key role in executing the firm’s growth strategies.

Prior to joining Blackman Kallick, Larry served as the Regional Vice President of Sales and Operations at Hudson Financial Solutions as well as the Director of Business Development at Jefferson Wells/Experis, a division of Manpower. In addition to his corporate experience, Larry began and nurtured a successful executive recruitment practice placing senior level HR, sales and financial services executives at Fortune 500 companies. 

He regularly speaks on topics related to career transition, networking and how to leverage social media. Larry is a LinkedIn expert and teaches executives and business professionals how to use it as a strategic business tool and talent source. He has presented to CEO's, CFO's, board members, law firms, banks, associations (AM&AA, FEI, REIA) and to many other organizations and business professionals.

Larry is involved with a number of charities and serves on the Board of Directors for the College of Lake County's Foundation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Loyola University and lives in Mundelein, Illinois with his wife and two children.
