Not-for-profit organizations are experiencing an unprecedented level of scrutiny. Jennifer works with them to establish the required level of fiscal oversight and governance while making the most of the resources at their disposal. She often participates as an advisor in their finance committee meetings, offering suggestions to restructure approval processes and strengthen overall internal controls.
Jennifer respects and appreciates the difference not-for-profit organizations make. She spends time with them year-round, getting to know their missions, the people that carry them out, and the communities they serve. Building this understanding of the organizations from the inside out allows Jennifer to offer the insightful advice and guidance that helps them achieve their missions.
