David B. Spitulnik
Director
David Spitulnik is a Director in both Blackman Kallick's Strategic Services Group and the firm's Family Business Center. David's more than 30 years of experience includes strategic business planning and development for domestic and foreign for-profit and not-for profit organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. David also possesses significant corporate governance experience including setting up and serving on for-profit and not-for-profit boards of directors and advisory boards, both in the United States and abroad.

David spent much of his career at Motorola, Inc., where he was vice president of business development. At Motorola he partnered with top corporate and operating executives to develop and execute strategies, which drove transformation, growth, diversification and value creation. He has also served in a variety of roles at Turner Construction Company, Booz Allen & Hamilton and Centel Corporation. Immediately prior to joining Blackman Kallick, David was an independent consultant. In each of these roles, David was involved with planning and execution from both strategic and operational perspectives.
David graduated from Haverford College with a BA in Economics and earned an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He serves on the Kellogg Alumni Council.
