Chris Cutrara is a Senior Manager with nine years of internal and external audit and process consulting experience. He has worked with a wide variety of manufacturing, distribution, insurance, financing and transportation companies throughout his career.

Most recently, Chris has been working on projects focusing on improving the internal controls and business processes at companies as well as financial statement audits of private and publicly held companies. He also focuses on assisting companies with Sarbanes-Oxley readiness and internal audit projects.

Chris has spent time with Fortune 500 companies conducting internal audits and operational reviews for manufacturing and transportation companies and their related business units or subsidiaries. These reviews included the identification of control deficiencies, assessing risk exposure and assisting management develop action plans for remediation.

In addition, Chris specializes in reporting on the risk relating to system access segregation of duties which includes addressing the appropriateness of system access and identifying cost effective solutions. He also specializes in the identification of IT system controls to replace the risk relating to manual errors, omissions and fraud.

Chris has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Dayton and is a member of the Illinois Institute of Internal Auditors.
