Allen Jacque is a Senior Manager in Blackman Kallick’s Forensic and Litigation Services Practice. He holds the chartered financial analyst (CFA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designations. Allen has over 12 years of experience as a financial and litigation services consultant serving numerous industries.

Prior to his consulting work in forensic and litigation services, Allen worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois as a financial analyst and Johnson Controls as a business systems analyst.

Professional Experience

  • Consulted on numerous alleged financial damage claims including breaches of contractual or fiduciary obligations, infringement of intellectual property assets, and losses due to illegal interference in business relationships.
  • Assisted counsel and company management in the investigation of fraud involving an inside purchasing manager establishing a supply relationship with the employer.
  • Assisted counsel in a litigation matter relating to alleged patent infringement. Assistance included attendance at depositions, critiques of defendant’s experts, formulation of damages opinions, financial analysis relating to the calculation of damages amounts, and generation of expert opinions.
  • Provided assistance to a building products supplier that was facing a class-action lawsuit relating to a defective product. Assistance included critiquing the plaintiff’s assertions regarding the value and membership of the class, compiling and analyzing the defendant’s data, researching historical class-action matters, and helping the defendant’s counsel structure a settlement.
  • Provided assistance to a private equity backer relating to a potential equity investment contingent upon a due diligence review.
  • Provided assistance to counsel relating to a divorce and the identification of undisclosed financial assets based on a detailed review of investment data, large cash transactions, and tax return information.
  • Assisted counsel for two adverse parties in the resolution of a billing dispute relating to services performed following the termination of a contract between the parties.
