- Our performance management/career development program, Pathways to Success, was developed in house after extensive collaboration with over 120 Blackman professionals. Pathways to Success is built around specific core competencies and their corresponding results measures, and offers a clear road map for advancement within the organization.
- Through the creation of annual Individualized Development Plans, our professionals assume control over their career trajectory. Careful review and assessment of IDPs also allows our training and development department to plan training curriculum according to organizational needs.
