Draft of IRS Form 990 Instructions Released
On April 7, 2008, the Internal Revenue Service published a draft of the 2008 IRS Form 990 instructions. The IRS will be accepting comments and suggestions on the draft until June 1, 2008, and expects to revise and finalize the instructions this fall.
